i am seriously questioning my spirituality.

and i have a few thoughts about it.

just wanted to write that down now before i forget, until the next time i remember.

Let me in, the voice cried softly,
from outside the wooden door.
Scattered remnants of the ship could be seen in the distance,
Blood stained the icy wall of the shore.

I'm the only one left. The storm, took them all,
He managed as he tried to stand.
The tears ran down his face.
Please, it's cold.

When he woke, there was no trace of the ship.
Only the dawn was left behind by the storm.
He felt the creaking of the stairs beneath him.
That rose, from the sea, to the door.

There was a sound at the window then.
The captain started, his breath was still.
Slowly, he turned.

From behind the edge of the windowsill,
There appeared the delicate hand of a child.
His face was flush and timid.
He stared at the captain through frightened eyes.

The captain reached for something to hold on to,
Help me, he whispered, as he rose slowly to his feet.
The boy's face went pale,
He recognized the sound.

Silently, he pulled down the shade against the shadow.
Lost in the doorstep of the empty house.

I keep hitting replay on this thing!! I think it's my new fave Radiohead song, and it has been playing non-stop in the background of my EP experience for the past hour... :D Is yay.

cuz we all feel like this sometimes. :(

Oh, I just like this song, and Otep does it well. She has the best female scream on the planet. I haven't heard any other female who can scream like a metal man can, in all the ways it can be done... If you've heard them before, you know what I'm talking about. So, Nirvana = good, and they do this song well. :)

So this is the beautiful bass player from APC. She's also the violinist on the record. The video is just clips from APC (and the now defunct Zwan) and stuff.... :P

Oh for the love of everything pure and unholy, this is the most gorgeous man on the planet. Ok, I'm a big fan, sure... but he really has the most beautiful singing voice I've ever heard, and I love his screaming. Well, not here of course, this is very un-Tool... But this song came into my mind and voice today, so I'm sharing it here with you. (And how could I forget Billy Howerdel- he has a new cd btw; And Paz Lenchantin is enchanting with bass and high heels.) I saw this on Letterman in 2000, and then saw APC a year later on their Mer De Noms tour, after escaping a very bad situation. This cd will always have deep meaning for me. It was a beautiful little concert, in a smallish theater, and me and my friend met them afterwards. Very cool. :D

I love this song, but almost as much, I love the sweetness in this video, and they way they touch each other... =1 (been replaying it all night)
